Advance Orders from IslaMusical gives you the opportunity to be among the first to get the pre-ordered products.

U.S. customers may order most domestic music and video titles up to four weeks before the actual release date and receive them on the same day that they arrive in retail stores. (This only applies to shipments to U.S. addresses. Music orders must be upgraded to Federal Express One Business Day service to arrive on the release date. Video orders may be sent via standard shipping.)

Advance Order Instructions
For music items, domestic customers must order the album by 10:00 a.m., EST on the Friday before the album's Tuesday release date.

For videos, domestic customers must order the video by 10:00 a.m., EST on the Friday before the video's Tuesday release date.

While we cannot guarantee that your Advance Order will arrive on its release date, most orders which are shipped within the U.S. arrive on or about their Tuesday release date.

Since music and video items are shipped from different shipping centers, they will arrive in separate packages. Any in-stock music item will be held until all Advance Order music items are available. Similarly, any In Stock video items will be held until all Advance Order video items are available. If you wish to have the In Stock titles shipped immediately, place a separate order for those titles.

Because of last-minute industry rescheduling, Advance Order release dates are subject to change without notice. However, in most cases your Advance Order will ship in time for the expected release date shown in your online Order History.

The product must be received by the shipping center on Friday in order for it to be delivered on Tuesday. In rare circumstances, a new release may sell out on the first day, or the supplier may not deliver a full order to us, or the supplier may deliver the product to our shipping center a day or two after the expected delivery date. In those cases, any available items in the order will be shipped, and the Advance Order item will be placed on Backorder and shipped at no extra cost when it becomes available.
