Electronics are covered by our 30 day unconditional money-back guarantee. If you need to return an electronic component that you have purchased from IslaMusical, please send an email to customerservice@islamusical.com. In your message, be sure to include your name, order number, the item(s) that you wish to return, the reason for the return and your telephone number. A Customer Service representative will contact you with further instructions.

Limited Warranty
Our electronic components are covered by a limited warranty that begins on the day that you purchase the item. For 90 days thereafter, all parts will be repaired or replaced, and the labor required to repair the item is free. From 90 days to one year from the day of purchase, all of the parts will be repaired or replaced, but it will be your responsibility to pay for all labor charges.
