Availability
The availability of import albums and singles can be difficult to predict, as titles may go out of print at any time without warning. While we make every effort to keep our import database current, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide every title that is listed.
Import titles that are marked as "Backordered" can usually be obtained within 30 days but may take longer in certain cases. We cannot guarantee how long it will take to fill a backordered import, since import titles are obtained from suppliers which are all over the world.
If you place an order for an item which is no longer available, we will notify you by email and cancel the item from your order. Please refer to the Inventory Availability/Backorders page for more information on availability and order cancellations.
Shrink wrap
Due to the standard music manufacturing processes in certain countries, some import items will arrive without a plastic shrink wrap. Unless we specifically inform you that an item has been previously owned, we guarantee that unwrapped import items are new items and have not been used or re-sold.
