Inventory Availability/Backorders
If an item is listed as "In Stock", then it is likely that a title
will be shipped immediately after you place your order. However, we cannot
guarantee that a title listed as "In Stock" will ship immediately
away, as our inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases,
a title may be In Stock when you place your order, and may be sold out by the
time your order is processed. However, if an item that is marked "In
Stock" in your Shopping Cart when you place your order is sold out when
your order is processed, we will ship the item to you for no extra charge when
it becomes available.
Backorders (Out Of Stock Items)
In most cases, backordered items are on order from the manufacturers. In
some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or
more of our suppliers.
IslaMusical will make every effort to get backordered items back in stock as
soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship a backordered item
to you in 30 days, an order status email will be sent to you.
If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available,
we will cancel the item from your order, notify you immediately via email, and
delete the item from our catalog.
Note: we will not charge your credit card until the item ships. So no
adjustment to your credit card or charge card will be necessary if an order is
cancelled.
If you paid by check or money order and have cancelled your order, IslaMusical
will issue you a refund check. This check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal
Service to the billing address established in your IslaMusical account. If you
would prefer store credit, please contact IslaMusical's Customer Service
Department.
You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the online
Order History page, located within MyIslaMusical. We update order statuses
several times per week.
