We guarantee your satisfaction with all IslaMusical merchandise. You may return any unopened item, except vinyl recordings, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). Returns on vinyl recordings will not be accepted.
In the event that you paid for IslaMusical merchandise by check, we will automatically issue you a refund check when we receive the returned merchandise. This check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service to the billing address established in your IslaMusical account. If you would prefer store credit, please contact IslaMusical's Customer Service Department.
Damaged/Defective Items
If the item that you ordered is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement item or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
Damaged Packaging Materials - Jewel Box/Cassette Case
If a CD jewel box or cassette case arrives cracked or damaged, please notify us and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
Digital Music Downloads (DMDs)
DMDs are covered by our 30 day unconditional money-back guarantee.
